  • Do you provide the alcohol?

    Nomadic Bar is a dry hire mobile bar. Due to state laws, mobile bars are unable to obtain a liquor license. You purchase the alcohol and we serve it!

  • Do you carry insurance?

    We carry general event and liquor liability insurance.  It is the client’s responsibility to obtain the proper licenses and permits for the event.

  • Do you travel outside of Nashville?

    Yes! Additional fees apply if travel exceeds a 30 mile radius from Nashville Metropolitan area.

  • What is your payment/cancelation policy?

    We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% balance is due one week prior to the event. Bookings cancelled within 90 days of the event are not eligible for a refund of your deposit, unless we secure another event for your date.

    In the event of inclement weather we will do our best to accommodate if you wish to reschedule. The client shall provide any outdoor tents or other gear in the event of rain.

  • What are the dimensions of the trailer?

    Nomadic Bar trailer is approximately 8.5 feet wide, 9 feet tall, and 15 feet long.

  • What is required for use of Nomadic Bar?

    We require flat ground for setup and service, access for set-up and break down, and one standard outlet (a generator can be added to your package if electricity is not accessible).
